black hole radiate virtual particle which decrease it’s mass and finally disappear in explosion.
Classical mechanics doesn’t allow anything to escape from BLACK HOLE but Quantum Mechanics allow , According to quantum mechanic space i s not empty it filled with virtual and virtual anti-particle forming and anninhilating each other continuous they use quantum field energy for formation of virtual particle this happen all around the space all the time .
If same thing happen at or above the event horizon and may be one particle fall into black hole and one escape from black hole , the virtual particle which fall down doesn’t add to mass of black hole they anninhilate mass.
If a observer very far it see emerging particle as a radiation , this all phenomena is describe by Stephen Hawking known as hawking radiation .
Thus black hole release radiation but this process is in incredibly slow as black hole of 1 solar mass take 1066 year for black hole to die.
with time black hole become hot ?
